History of company

Center of regional projects - Inwestor S.A. - is the continuation of activity of GÓRNOŚLĄSKI INWESTOR S.A., after taking over two partnerships (Administrator Sp. z o.o. and Regional Agency Municipal Investments S.A). This overtaking took place on the 4th of March 2003.
In 1995 Regional Contract for Katowice Voivodeship has been signed and it fruited creation of Fundusz Górnosląski S.A. Within the confines of its activity, FG SA was taking over or was creating new partnerships, which major task was achieving presuppositions of the Contract. Hereby every three subjects have created Capital Group, who's "Mother Partnership" was Fundusz Górnosląski SA. The same character of activity caused taking on the decision for amalgamation. Union of these three partnerships made an integration of three kinds of activity from the:
- designing and real estates field
- developer activity
- management and brokerage in real estate field
- investment process consulting

Joibt-Stock

The partnership is holding stock worth 19 767 856 PLN. Fundusz Górnosląski and Silesian Voivodeship are two biggest stockholders.

Prizes

Twice, partnership was laureate of "Enterprise Fair Play" contest. Number one in Poland beetwen dewelopers according to Rzeczpospolita's ranking dated november 2004. Grand Prix granted by President of the Chamber of Construction for the most friendly developer towards in 2004.
