Our Client has right to book chosen a lot by making a payment of deposit worth 5 000,00 PLN. This deposit is included in lot's price. Time of booking is 1 month. But if our Client is using credit line, period of booking lasts 1,5 month. Meantime our Client is obliged to sign the contract concerning sale of lot and building the house.
CONTRACTS ARE REACHING IN NOTARY'S PRESENCE.

What about the garage?

We are offering our clients three types of garages:

What about the infrastructure around the housing estate?

In Malinowice there is a nursery school, grammar school, post office, communal office, bank, and grocer's shop. Bus stop is situated 200 m from the housing estate. This is a line between Malinowice and Będzin. Besides technical infrastructure is guaranteed.

What will be built to housing estate?

There is no information about construction of any industrial objects or hypermarkets.

Who will be managing housing estate and on what principles?

The housing estate will not be walled nor monitored. Commune Psary will take care of all issues connected with maintenance of roads.

Does developer Cooperate with any bank?

Yes, our Company cooperates with Banks . Our Client will not waste his time, we will take care of all formalities needed to receive credit. Our Client does not have to gather all documentsconnected with the process of construction and estimate.

Why our contracts are safe?

Our contracts are reaching always in Notary's presence. They are very detailed but guarantee safety to both parties . First of all our contracts should protect our Clients and all their rights in every detail.
